Children learn, communicate and process issues and feelings naturally through play. Play Therapy helps children learn about themselves, their world and relationships. Play Therapy helps children increase positive behaviors while decreasing negative behaviors. Through play, children also learn to effectively problem solve, develop and implement healthy coping skills, express feelings and process and cope with trauma, fear and depression.
